January Update

We have had a busy time since starting back in January! We started off with looking at a couple of well known fairy tales, The Three Little Pigs and The Gingerbread Man, we built houses, blew them down as well as making delicious gingerbread men.

We have now moved on to celebrating Chinese New Year, this year is the year of the Rabbit. We have looked at Chinese lanterns as well as tasting noodles (very popular!), egg fried rice and prawn crackers, yum!

Anne’s dog Giles came to visit, we aren’t sure who loved it more, the children or Giles!

We’ve also spent time outside, climbed, played and balanced on our equipment alongside calmer activities such as jigsaws or threading.
